How does one go about arranging a visit to Sunfert IVF?
You may just want to see us for an initial consultation or discussion of your options. Please click here to link to our online enquiry where you can book an appointment. You can see us at anytime but if possible, we should see you at the beginning of your menses. Your partner may want to have an ejaculation about 3 to 5 days prior to the appointment, in case we require a semen sample for analysis.

How about coming to Sunfert for IVF treatment?
The usual duration of treatment is about 18 days, inclusive of about 1 day of rest after IVF before returning home. Patients wishing to visit Sunfert IVF for IVF treatment have three options:

Option 1

Single Visit IVF Treatment Programme

This option is for couples who prefer to make only one single visit to Sunfert IVF for initial assessment and subsequently stay on until the completion of the IVF programme. For this option, the couple has to plan their visit to be on the first or second day of their menstrual cycle. The entire programme is about 18 days, and the couple returns home after completion of the treatment.

Patients may choose the Premium or Standard Accommodation Package, depending on the type of accommodation preferred. The package is inclusive of hotel accommodation, airport transfers and the cost of the entire IVF treatment including doctor's fees, laboratory charges, medications and blood tests. Some couples may opt to stay longer, until the pregnancy test which is about 14 days after the embryo transfer. However, the cost of the longer stay is additional to the package.

Option 2

Two Visits IVF Treatment Programme

With this option, the couple is required to make two visits to Sunfert IVF with shorter overall stay. The initial visit is for assessment and planning of treatment which requires the couple to stay only one night in Malaysia. During the first visit, all necessary medications will be dispensed for the couple to bring back to home country. The couple stays only overnight in the initial visit and can return home the following day with medications. They commence treatment at their home country and return to Sunfert IVF at a later date for the final 10 days of treatment. For this option, they can either choose the Premium Accommodation Package or the Standard Accommodation Package.

The package is inclusive of hotel accommodation, airport transfer and the cost of the entire IVF treatment including doctor's fees, laboratory charges, medications and blood tests.

Option 3

Single Visit IVF Treatment Programme

This option is for patients who wish to arrange for their own airport transfer or hotel accommodation. In this case, only the IVF Treatment Package applies which is inclusive of doctor's fees, laboratory charges, medications and blood tests.
