Audrey believes that precision and compassion go hand in hand. As Chief Embryologist of Sunfert Group, she understands that every laboratory decision carries meaning, as each step contributes to the hopes of couples on their fertility journey. Known for her calm demeanour and meticulous attention to detail, she leads Sunfert's embryology team with a strong belief in teamwork, continuous learning, resilience, and excellence.

Beyond overseeing the IVF laboratories, Audrey is passionate about mentoring and developing embryologists, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and professional growth.

Outside the laboratory, Audrey enjoys exploring new food, travelling to different places, and spending quiet moments in cafés with a good cup of coffee or tea. A lifelong learner, she is always keen to explore new developments in assisted reproductive technology and improve laboratory practices. She often jokes that she spends her days helping create embryos and her evenings deciding what to cook for dinner. She says both require patience, timing, and a little creativity. Powered by coffee, tea, and curiosity, she believes there is always something new to learn.
