Catherine believes that great nursing leadership is built on both clinical excellence and compassion. As Nurse Director, she is committed to supporting her team in delivering safe, patient-centred care while fostering an environment where nurses are encouraged to learn, grow and develop professionally.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring cosy cafés, capturing beautiful food photography, and baking whenever she finds the time. These interests have taught her to appreciate patience, creativity, and the small details that make everyday moments meaningful.

In many ways, these personal interests reflect her approach to patient care. She believes that supporting individuals and couples through their fertility journey requires not only clinical expertise, but also empathy, understanding and a genuine human connection.

For Catherine, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is seeing patients move forward with hope and confidence on their journey towards parenthood, while knowing she has played a part in supporting them along the way.
