Yow Huai Mim

With more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, Huai Mim has a strong track record in healthcare operations, service innovation, organisational development, and sustainable growth. She has held senior leadership roles within one of Malaysia's largest healthcare networks, including serving as CEO of a leading private hospital in Northern Malaysia.

A pharmacist by training, Huai Mim holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, an MBA from the University of South Australia, and has completed the Southeast Asia Healthcare Leadership (HMS-SEAL) Program at Harvard Medical School.

As CEO, Huai Mim leads the strategic direction and overall operations of Sunfert Group, working closely with the Board, clinical and management teams, and staff to strengthen clinical excellence, enhance patient outcomes, and expand access to quality fertility care across the region.

Huai Mim believes that effective leadership begins with listening, trust, and collaboration. She is committed to developing people, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability, and enabling teams to achieve meaningful and lasting impact together.
