Job Purpose
- To provide leadership and management of the clinic.
- To manage, control and develop the operational activities in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources.
Duties
- Responsible for all aspects of clinic operations including quality management, staff management and performance, process improvement, financial management, regulatory compliance and leadership to ensure the success of clinic’s goals and delivery of services.
- To manage day to day operation operations and administration of the clinic.
- Contribute to and support the development and implementation of business projects and marketing activities both locally and internationally in line with Sunfert Group directions.
- Communicate and ensure that the company’s vision and values are reflected and reinforced in day to day operations and practices.
- Manage clinic expenditure within budget. Review and improve overall company performance.
- Oversee and ensures the operation of the facilities are in compliance with established policies and procedures, meeting quality standard continuously in accordance to RTAC requirements.
- To assist in setting up new clinics including handling of MOH licensing and license renewal.
- Plan and implement changes and new initiatives as per Sunfert Group’s direction.
- Manage the clinic to accordance with statutory regulations and legislations.
- To oversee housekeeping and maintenance of the clinic by ensuring all duties are performed by our housekeeping and maintenance staff, include assigning tasks to the housekeeping staff, identifying and reporting cases of tardiness, and monitoring cleaning supplies. To inform management of any equipment or furniture in need of repair or replacement and ensure that the housekeeping staff complies with all safety and sanitation policies.
- Negotiate and liaise with suppliers/vendors regarding purchase of goods, equipment and support services.
- Responsible and supportive towards the staff in their work performance by providing staff supervision and morale support to motivate and drive them to achieve company’s goal.
- Act as the representative of the Clinic when required in dealing with groups and individual outside the organization.
- To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of Sunfert Group as the need arises.
- Support and perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Minimum three (3) years working experience in related field; experience in business administration and operations would be an added advantage
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint.
