• If after completing all 3 cycles, you are still unable to conceive and bring home a baby, you will receive a 70% refund, giving you added reassurance throughout your IVF treatment journey.

This package is exclusively available to Malaysian citizens. 

Our fertility specialists will assess eligibility based on the following criteria:

For Women:

• 39 years old and below
• AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone): ≥ 5 pmol/l
• Body Mass Index (BMI): 18.5 to 29.9
• Relevant medical history

For Men:

• Sperm quality (based on semen analysis)
• Relevant medical history

Step 1: Your Journey Begins With A Consultation 

• Our fertility specialists will evaluate your condition and recommend the most suitable treatment.
• If Fertility Cover® is advised and you are eligible, you can proceed to enroll in the programme with full support from our clinical team.

Step 2: Upfront Payment

• To confirm your enrollment, a fixed upfront payment is required either before treatment begins or within 10 days of signing the Service Agreement, whichever comes first. 
• This single fee covers up to three IVF cycles, offering both multiple chances and financial peace of mind throughout your fertility journey.

Question #1: What happens if I succeed in the 1st IVF cycle?

• If you achieve a successful pregnancy with a baby in the 1st or 2nd cycle, the Fertility Cover® programme will end, and no further cycles will be needed.

Question #2: Is the 70% refund guaranteed if I do not conceive after 3 cycles?

• Yes, if all 3 eligible IVF cycles are completed and you do not achieve a live birth, you will receive a 70% refund according to the programme terms and conditions.
