Ivy joined Sunfert International as Centre Manager since 2012. She has over 20 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding industries, specializing in customer service, account management, and customer operations. She now assumes a greater role as the Senior Manager - Operations & Finance where she oversees the company’s finance, quality management, administration and human resources.
She assists the Managing Director in managing and developing strategic human resource plans, integrating human resource management strategies and systems to achieve the overall mission, strategies, and success of the Centre.
