Malaysians can now claim tax relief of up to RM10,000 for fertility treatments
Tax filing in Year 2024 for Year of Assessment 2023:
Tax Relief for fertility treatment has been increased from RM8,000 to RM10,000 for Year of Assessment 2023.
When filing your taxes, Malaysians will be able to claim tax relief of up to RM10,000 for fertility treatments for self or spouse under the category of “Medical expenses for serious diseases for self, spouse and child”.
